A judge in Texas was featured in a video which shows him beating his disabled daughter with a belt. Her disability is called ataxic cerebral palsy .

His foul mouth and anger were evident from the beginning and he was clearly taking out his anger on his daughter and according to her this was not the first time. She taped the beating in 2004 because his anger and assaults were increasing.

The judge is a family court judge in Aransas County, Texas and his name is William Adams. He said this about the beating:

'It happened years ago.. I apologized. It's not as bad as it looks on tape.'

Unfortunately he won't be up for re-election for three years however, that does not prevent him from resigning. He needs to do this now.
