The Bellamy Brothers and Bullshit

An email is currently circulating about how the Bellamy Brothers June 2010 song, “ Jalapeno “ might be banned and the brothers might not be allowed back in the United States if they leave country.

The song was okay but not that good and nothing in it was “ban-worthy”. The Bellamy Brothers have done better in the past with their songs.

As to banning the song and such bullshit ... it's just that. The damned thing is on the Internet and that "Facist/Commie/Socialist” Obama never said it was banned or said he wanted it banned.

And, not being allowed back in the United States... for Pete's sake.... what more BS!! They are already back from their 2010 tour and they were allowed back in! The way I see it, it's now up to the Republican House of Representatives to get to work on this travesty of a song and change the laws even.

However, one must recognize the brothers were born in Florida and they are different "down there". Who knows, Florida might not even be a state so it could be a foreign country, you know like Hawaii. I wonder when the Bellamy Brothers' will release their long-form birth certificate to prove they are Americans.

This was is just a marketing scheme  As for me, I've never heard of the song before now so the plan failed to reach certain segments of our society... probably most of them. That's why we now see a re-release of their song.
