All this talk about modifying the Constitution to deny illegals citizenship does not solve the illegals problem. It takes many years to modify the Constitution. It is just talk and more bullshit borne of a very political year.

We need something like, “Any business which hires or has hired an illegal since 1986 (or so) will be forced to dissolve and their officers and owners must serve jail time.” In other words enforce existing laws prohibiting the hiring of illegals.

This would be a warning to everyone that "we" mean business and until we do this or something like this, the illegals will continue to come to the U.S.

But this won't be easy. For example, the new Arizona law provides for some business repercussions if they hire illegals but Arizona rarely goes after businesses so they won't ever stop hiring them. Also, casinos in Nevada always hire illegals but you won't find anyone going after them for it. It's about time we do even if it is hard.

If we go after the person then let's go after the businesses especially since the Supreme Court recently reaffirmed that they have the same rights as a human being. NOTE: The corporations as a person discussion started in the late 1800's with railroad barons.

Illegals come here for jobs such as those working at the egg plants back east, the ones responsible for the Salmonella outbreaks. The illegals problem is fueled by demand for cheap labor. It's like the drugs coming over from Mexico. Americans have the habit and Mexican drug cartels are filling a demand like any company would.

Reduce the flow of illegals by cutting off their source of jobs. Go after businesses which hire them.
