"Repent Amarillo" is a website that claims it is the Army of God and sees the differences between them and others as warfare. The website is military themed as can be seen here:

They even have a "Spiritual Warfare" map with stick pins representing places that are un-Christian.

This is a paramilitary looking organization presumably without weapons which harasses anyone they don't feel is Christian enough. Their targets of hatred are gays, Earth Day, pro-abortion events and organizations such as Planned Parenthood, breast cancer events such as “Race for the Cure, spring breaks, certain evil concerts, Halloween, sex shops, strip joints and non-Christians such as Wiccans, Unitarians, Masons, Buddhists, Muslims, Episcopalians, Catholics, Methodists, Hindus, Christian Scientists and presumably Scientologists.

The head Christian Taliban within the group is David H. Grisham who calls himself pastor.

Grisham has also targeted Houston, Texas with a website called boycotthouston.com because a gay mayor was recently elected. His group is a chapter of “RAVEN Ministries International” another Christian Taliban group.

Grisham's group seeks to purge the world of what they don't like based on their definition of sinful. The Constitution is unimportant and they proudly declare their intent to harass and shut down businesses that they deem sinful much like Nazi Germany when it targeted Jewish businesses.

Grisham's warriors are mostly young white men who show up at places they don't like such as a swingers and strip clubs. The come at night dressed in military fatigues with bullhorns, blaring Christian music and yelling "Repent or Burn!"

He has ignorance, hate and self-righteous judgment in his heart and is unaware and unsaved because his soul is lost in the vilification and hatred of others. He thinks he is right just like the Taliban of Afghanistan.

He IS part of the Christian Taliban which uses religious terror to get its way.
