It never ends. The e-mails about Obama not being an American, wanting to end civil liberties, running up the debt for no reason except for an unknown personal agenda and even taking over the country are increasing.

For example.... there was a recent e-mail with a link to a Chuck Baldwin article which breatheless alleges that Obama, because of the bad economy is planning for a civil war. Baldwin says people are tired of government policies and they are going to rise up. But according to the article Obama is ready for us with military might and plans to increase the military to a whole million soldiers to  confront outraged citizens.

Problem is... there are already about 1.5 million in the military ... so there is no need to increase the number to a million. Unfortunately, a significant number are already in the Middle East fighting two wars started by the previous administration.

Baldwin says Obama is basically responsible for the financial mess and that will be the catalyst for a civil war. The truth is, the bail out was not Obama's decision contrary to what Teabaggers, Baldwin, Limbaugh and Fox News think.

Baldwin states correctly the bail out was for the rich to make more money... but then... that's what Dubya and the Republican party wanted. They provided vast wealth transfers to the rich and big companies (tax cuts for the rich), subsidies for oil companies and many others all with less regulation to curb excesses. It is costing the US trillions.

Bush and his people grew the government, spent Clinton's surplus and more than doubled the national deficit. Now that is a dubious record to be proud of! Where was the uprising when Bush was in power?

Republicans were hoping the economy would implode in January 2009 after Bush left. They were even doing happy dances about how great the economy was just a day before the economy tanked.  

Yet... it's Obama's fault.

What is true is that it is now Obama's mess and as President he has to deal with the incredibly criminal and corrupt Republican Party legacy which continues today in Congress and in e-mails whining about Obama.

And what about those “patriotic” AstroTurf tea-baggers? Where were they when Bush and the Republicans were in absolute power and running up the bill? They did not care.

Perhaps they will be at front of a new civil war trying to save us from a black president grappling with Bush policies.

Note: Apparently tea-baggers don't want to be called that anymore and many are whining about it because the term has a sexual definition to it they don't like. Too bad ... they picked their name so it gets to stay – forever!

Dubya, Cheney, Beck, Palin, Limbaugh, R. Murdoch and all the rest don't care... they are Republicans and rich. So... the hell with the rest of us.

They probably like Obama in power... this way they can blame everything on him. Not a lot of intellectual thought required for that! It fits right in with their level of intellect and insight which isn't much.
