However, the President also singled out the American Constitution:

"... the Constitution allows for many things, but what it does not allow is the most revealing. The so-called Founders did not allow for economic freedom. While political freedom is supposedly a cornerstone of the document, the distribution of wealth is not even mentioned. While many believed that the new Constitution gave them liberty, it instead fitted them with the shackles of hypocrisy."

The blog was satire according to Lancaster but Rush Limbaugh treated it as fact. He railed against Obama and on his radio program today said:

“The Constitution is the most liberty promoting and freedom acknowledging document in the history of the world, and this little boy in college writing about it with utter disdain, and he still shares those same feelings.”

The contempt Limbaugh shows for Obama is palpable. It is difficult how he measures up as a mediocre radio show host. For example, after being told what he reported was a hoax, Limbaugh said that he didn’t care whether it was true and said Obama believes it.

Weird logic and twisted like he is.

Obama does not have a contempt for freedom as Rush says. He is not a Marxist, Fascist or anything the conservatives want him to be. They want so desperately to believe every bad thing about Obama that they will say anything to make him look bad and even treat a hoax as truth. They are blinded by hate and racism.

When people believe a lie over truth it weakens our democracy but our Constitution is much stronger than Limbaugh or people like him.

He probably doesn't believe that though.
