Bill O'Reilly is incensed that terrorists are going to be tried in New York. He doesn't believe they deserve any legal protections including the one where you are entitled to a trial by a jury. On November 17^th during his TV show and while interviewing Judge Napolitano he said this:

NAPOLITANO: 'There was no declaration of war.'

O'REILLY: 'All right, so, because there is no declaration of war, you say that any terror - and it fits the bill, right? Surely 9/11 fits the bill of a terrorist act...'

NAPOLITANO: 'But it i(s) not I who is saying it. It is the Constitution that is saying it.'

O'REILLY: 'I don't care about the Constitution.'

NAPOLITANO: 'I do.'

O'REILLY: 'The Constitution isn't here. You're here. Don't be a pinhead.'

O'Reilly believes people are wrong to support and follow the Constitution and calling them pinheads for doing so is even more infuriating.

Unfortunately he is mired in the terrorist fears he help create and perpetuate since 9/11. His cowardly attitude bring out his disdain for our American legal system.

O'Reilly's comments are un-American and despicable. He needs to leave America to find a democracy more to his liking. Maybe Pakistan.
