Send Paris’ Sheriff to Jail

Paris Hilton got out of jail this week because she cried and whined about not being happy about being there. This is far from abnormal behavior. From the beginning, she did not want to be held accountable and as part of her plan, convinced the sheriff to release her to house arrest. Paris' sheriff even credited her with five days of jail time when she only served three.

Unbelievable and criminal.

Judge Sauer, when he originally sentenced Hilton to jail, set conditions and one of them was that inmate Hilton not be allowed house arrest. Yet, the sheriff released her, based on Hilton’s pleading and crying, an alleged rash and possible suicide threats. There were no supporting documents for any of her bullshit. He treated her differently than other prisoners because of her notoriety and money.

The sheriff’s actions in this particular case clearly show contempt for the court and due process. They were egregious and unacceptable for man sworn to uphold the law.  It is now time for the sheriff to pay the price for his contempt of court. He flaunted the law like Hilton and he must go to jail like Hilton.

Send him to a cell for 45 days and after that, strip him of his badge and send him home.

As to Paris Hilton? Who the hell cares about her?
