Mitt Romney is Wrongheaded

This is what Mitt Romney, the Mormon Republican candidate for President said yesterday while referring to an audio tape from Osama bin Laden:

"Actually, just look at what Osam _ Barack Obama _ said just yesterday. Barack Obama, calling on radicals, jihadists of all different types, to come together in Iraq. That is the battlefield. ... It's almost as if the Democratic contenders for president are living in fantasyland. Their idea for jihad is to retreat, and their idea for the economy is to also retreat. He claimed in a single dumb statement that Barack Obama and the Democratic presidential contenders were jihadists and support Iraqi radicals. This is incredible and obviously wrong.

His mind slip shows he is not fit mentally or morally to run for office let alone hold office. Romney is wrong headed and living in a Republican fantasyland where anyone against them is the enemy and anyone with an idea different than theirs is un-American.

He should apologize, dropout of the campaign and resign his office. This is the least he can do. On second thought, he could send one of his pampered sons to Iraq to fight the Democrats.
