The Problem with the
Christian God are Christians
September 12, 2006
The Christian god is confusing and not very god-like.
Christians believe that during the “end times”, only
they will survive the terror wrought by the devil. They also believe
Jesus will appear and cause worldwide slaughter and destruction against
billions to cleanse the world of evil.
Christians who believe this should be labeled as
terrorists since they certainly meet the definition used by Bush and his
religious allies. And, as we have been told repeatedly, "terrorism is evil".
The foundation for our current problems are wars and for end time Christians
to design and believe in a God-war scenario to resolve the world's problems
is incredible and implausible. It sounds like something an insane human
would think of and not God.
Why must billions die so a relatively few self righteous
religious nitwits can live in religious bliss in a world of their making
where they happily step over the bloated corpses of men, women, children and
children?
Mass killing to save a few million is simply evil and God is not evil or a
Christian. God has infinite wisdom and power and can up with a better plan.
This clearly shows the evil of fundamentalist Christianity.
Perhaps the self-righteousness they feel is from the very
thing they are afraid of... the devil itself. Maybe during the end times it
is they who will be washed away from the Earth so we can finally have
some peace.
