To Hell with Pat Robertson
November 11, 2005
A couple days ago, Pat Robertson said on the Christian
Broadcasting Network's 700 Club, that the citizens of Dover, PA were going to
face disaster because they ousted members of their school board who favored
"intelligent design". This is what he said:
"I'd like to say to the good citizens of Dover: If
there is a disaster in your area, don't turn to God. You just rejected
him from your city."
Then, a day later said the vote was sticking a finger in
God's eye and He wouldn't go along with that kind of defamation forever.
Apparently demi-God Robertson won't either.
When are we going to be rid of Robertson and his ilk? How much more
annoying Christo-barking must we endure? Apparently a lot. Again, he is cheerfully pronouncing damnation on people he doesn't like. This year, he called for the assassination
of Hugo Chavez, President of Venezuela and in 2003 said the State Department
should be destroyed by a nuclear weapon.
It looks like Robertson is playing God or the very least
wants to be God. Luckily that won't happen.
As Robertson said himself after making his recent
damnation statement, "spiritual actions have consequences". He is right about that;
there will be a day of judgment for him. God needs to call him back for a one-on-one chat to show
him the errors of his ways then send him straight to hell where he and his
belong.
The fact that Pat Robertson even exists, proves there is
no "intelligent design".
