G. W. Bush Again, Shows His Depravity
and Sociopathy
September 4, 2005
Katrina and its aftermath reveal how and what the Bush
Administration is. It is an evil association of people supporting one man to
do good for the rich and bad for the poor. He is supported and kept in power
by pseudo-Christians and the Republican Party.
Bush did nothing for two days after Katrina hit. He
didn't think it a significant problem to respond. Yet 90,000 square miles
were affected. Bush must have thought the hurricane was simply a nuisance
that took away from his fund raising events and vacation time on the Texas
ranch. Bush could not and did not connect in a human way, since he is a
sociopath who is self centered and automatically blames others for his
actions.
Conservative news, which is loyal to him, concentrated on
looting and crime while minimizing the human intense suffering until some of
their own reporters yelled back from the field that there were people dying
and it was getting worse. The talking heads did not understand because they
were warm and dry. They could not connect to the suffering, politics blinded
them and this exposed a serious defect in their souls.
The corpses of the dead, photographs of starving children
and people dying of thirst were not enough for Bush to act. Nor for his
agency FEMA, which is mandated to respond. FEMA failed because their leader
didn't care for them to succeed.
Until… finally….
The American people rose up in anger and shouted and
demanded Bush do something. And he did. He landed in New Orleans for a
photo opportunity. He basically did nothing except show up and make a
speech. He didn't bring several tons of ice or fresh water which could have
saved many lives.
Bush swore to protect America. The Gulf Coast and its
poor are part of America. He did not serve and protect them, he abandoned
them and in doing so abandoned every American. By failing yet again, he
shows the depths of depravity, the evil of his soul and the souls of those
who blindly and unreservedly support him. How much more of this evil can our
nation take or be willing to accept?
