Al Qaeda O'Reilly
November 12, 2005
On the November 8, 2005, Bill O'Reilly was very angry at
San Francisco for voting for a measure to ban military recruiting in public
high schools and colleges. He made the following statement on his "The Radio
Factor" show:
"Hey, you know, if you want to ban military
recruiting, fine, but I'm not going to give you another nickel of federal
money. You know, if I'm the president of the United States, I walk right
into Union Square, I set up my little presidential podium, and I say,
"Listen, citizens of San Francisco, if you vote against military recruiting,
you're not going to get another nickel in federal funds. Fine. You want to
be your own country? Go right ahead."
"And if Al Qaeda comes in here and blows you up, we're
not going to do anything about it. We're going to say, look, every other
place in America is off limits to you, except San Francisco. You want to
blow up the Coit Tower? Go ahead. "
Much has been made of this and many have slammed O'Reilly
for saying such a thing. They were right to express their opinions and the
severe criticism of him is valid. He deserves public scorn and criminal
prosecution.
The pertinent question is, "Is Bill O'Reilly an American
Al Qaeda-like terrorist?" His remarks were definitely terroristic and
outside the norms of public discourse even for an extremist conservative and
pseudo-Christian as he is, with exception of Pat Robertson.
His remarks have lent tremendous support for our enemies
because he is actively condoning and encouraging terrorism against an
American coastal city he dislikes and in doing so, definitely gives aid and
comfort to our enemies. He even gave them a target to destroy. Treason.
The sliver lining for O'Reilly will be when the ACLU will
steps up and graciously rescues him on this one. After all, terrorists like
O'Reilly and the ACLU have to stick together to destroy America. In the past
O'Reilly called the ACLU a "dangerous organization" and "second only to Al
Qaeda.”
Al Qaeda O'Reilly should know.
