Bush is bin Laden's Ally
October 30,2004
On October 29th a bin Laden video was released to the US public. It showed a
reasonably healthy bin Laden making more threats. Immediately the talking
heads on TV starting froning about what effect the tape would have on the
election, if any.
Most believed the tape would help Bush because if people are fearful they
will keep Bush, hoping everything will at least stay the same or improve
regarding terrorism. Today, Bush officials campaigning for him were hyping
security issues and the War on Terror, alluding to bin Laden and his tape.
Carl Rove, a key Bush advisor could hardly contain his glee that the tape
was public and said it would help Bush in November.
Is it just a coincidence that the tape surfaced at the last minute?
It certainly appears bin Laden is aiding the re-selection of Bush. And why
not? Bush has been his ally since the War on Terror began.
Bush said he wanted bin Laden "dead or alive". When we had a chance to "get
him" in Tora Bora and the months afterwards, Bush did not order US troops to
go after him. They stopped at the border with Pakistan and left it up to
Afghan tribal leaders and the Pakistani troops to do the job. If this was a
real war, there would be nothing stopping us from "getting bin Laden".
Bin Laden
must be thankful to Bush for keeping him safe.
The poppy crop
in Afghanistan has flourished these past few years. Though many of Bush's
advisors warned this would be a cash crop leading to more drugs and more
money for terrorists Bush did not order the crop destroyed. Now bin Laden
has an excellent supply of money based on drugs sold to the west. What
irony.
Bin Laden
must be appreciative of his new cash flow to continue the attacks on the
west including the United States.
The
Administration seized many Saudi funds related to terrorism but they have
yet to stop the flow either in Saudi Arabia or the U.S. One wonders whether
the association between senior Bush and the Saudi Royal family has something
to do with it. Most Saudi family members are not involved in terrorism
directly but some are and the money they can move to bin Laden must be
considerable.
Bin Laden
must be thankful to Bush for protecting the bin Laden family and its money
in Saudi Arabia.
The Iraq War
is a boon to terrorism. The war was started by lies from Bush and his
NeoCons supporters who see war as good and better if there are millions of
barrels of oil in the conquered country. Iraq is now a training ground for
bin Laden followers, it helps recruit more terrorists and most importantly,
helps bin Laden kill more Americans.
Bin Laden
must marvel at the help Bush has given him for his jihad against the west.
Bush has taken the fight to bin Laden and this has benefited both greatly.
The Bush
administration's response to national security has been expensive but weak.
We are no safer now than before. Yes, we have made it harder to fly but the
ports are till unprotected and our borders have little oversight. Terrorists
can now easily cross the border or enter seaports and leave behind few clues
they are here.
Bin Laden
must thank his Allah for Bush. Now he can very easily send his terrorists
into the U.S.
People judge
others by many things and behavior is one. What you do is more important
than what you say. What Bush has done these past three years has shown he is
an ally of bin Laden.
Bush and company's actions after 911 have been shameful treason. Since they
are in power now, and in the future, it will be impossible to hold them
accountable. Remember, evil will always hold sway for a time, but one day
God will sweep away that evil including Bush and his supporters.
Let's await that day when they will be punished for the death, destruction
and the evil they follow and preach.
