Ashcroft Proves He is
Insane
November 23, 2004
John Ashcroft will be leaving as the U.S.
Attorney General once a replacement is found. Good thing. In a five page
handwritten resignation letter, dated November 2, 2004 to Bush, he said:
"The objective of
securing the safety of Americans from crime and terror has been achieved."
Unbelievable. Why wasn't Ashcroft screened
for mental illness before becoming Attorney General?
It is nice to know Ashcroft has "achieved"
safety of Americans. What an accomplishment!
Now, what are we going to do with all those
National Security programs? Can we just get rid of them? How about our
police departments? Are they to "close up shop" and just help kids and old
ladies across the street? Can we eliminate the FBI now that their job has
been done and we are all safe?
Ashcroft's statement proves he is
disconnected from reality which means he is insane.
Unfortunately, the was the best we had from
the Republican party, the White House and the religious right who think he
is special because he says he is a "Christian". This is a real
national security issue.
What would be insane is to believe anything
the Republican Congress says about crime and terror. We already know Bush
can't tell the truth about much of anything and at the same time says he has
never made a mistake while in office. This proves Bush is insane or
he thinks he is God. Yet another national
security issue.
